Steve has led businesses ranging in scale from $1.7B to $2M in revenue, bringing creativity, rigor, and humility to every role. Serving in multiple C-suite positions — CCO, CRO, CMO, CDO, and VPGM — he has guided organizations through sustained growth and meticulous turnarounds. His professional background includes leadership roles at Kellogg Company, PepsiCo, MolsonCoors, Acosta, CEC Incorporated, and Ziosk, along with executive leadership in both PE-backed and founder-led companies.
Steve’s executive commercial experience spans strategic brand repositioning, go-to-market design, sales and marketing organizational leadership, and full P&L ownership.
